Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer – Van & Call Outs

Tech-People is seeking a Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer to service large commercial properties along the M4 corridor, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant outside London.

You will handle AHU/FCU servicing, emergency lighting checks, lamping and call-outs, with a £41k base salary plus van and package. 1 in 20 callouts payable at £100 with a 4-hour minimum.
