The service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated laboratory diagnostics systems utilised within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environmentsSupporting flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products located at customer sites

A strong background working in a field service or technical support role, gained within an electronics or electro-mechanical service or technical support backgroundApplications are welcomed from a wide variety of backgrounds includinghigh value electronics capital equipment,microscopy, cameras, lasers, x-ray security detection,ex-forces (weapons guidance, radar, avionics or biomedical engineering),medical device,biomedical engineering, pathology laboratory diagnostics andlaboratory deviceQualified to a minimum ONC / HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical disciplineImpeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident in customer facing environments
