Senior Residential Licensing Lead – HMO & Licensing

Adecco is seeking a Senior Residential Licensing Officer for Croydon. The role provides technical leadership and oversight across Selective, Additional HMO and Mandatory HMO Licensing to drive compliant licensing in the borough.

The position is a 3-month contract with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a daily PAYE rate of £335. ASAP start for qualified housing regulation professionals.
