Operations Leader – Specialist Manufacturing

Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd is assisting a specialist manufacturer in South Wales to appoint an Operations Manager. This senior role will oversee day-to-day production, purchasing and materials, quality and NPI, engineering and test, and key account management.

You will report to the Operations Director and lead a multidisciplinary management team, driving Lean initiatives and ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met in a regulated environment.
