Customer Success & Sales Support Executive

Wavenet is seeking a Business Support Executive to support customer engagement, quotations, and service coordination. You’ll work closely with the Account Management team to own customer interactions from start to finish.

This hands-on, customer-facing role involves updating deals in CRM, managing requests, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining a high standard of professional experience for our clients.
