Business Development Exec: Lead Gen & Meetings

Lapwing UK Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Developer to drive new business from outbound prospecting. You will target buyers, directors, project managers and health and safety leads, making 30–50 outbound calls daily to generate qualified leads and opportunities.

This office-based role in Worcester offers 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. You will pass qualified leads to our quotes team for follow-up, helping to convert opportunities into contracts
