Hybrid Public Enquiries & Volunteer Liaison Officer

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Avon and Somerset is recruiting a Contact and Scrutiny Officer to join its Scrutiny and Assurance Team. Based in Portishead with hybrid working, you will manage PCC enquiries and correspondence and support volunteer administration.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience in a customer-focused environment and the ability to handle sensitive information.
