Night Shift Operations Supervisor – Darlington

Job&Talent is seeking a Nights Supervisor for our Darlington site. The role oversees operational delivery and team performance with a 10pm–6am Monday–Friday pattern and flexibility to cover other shifts.

Salary is 29,946 and the location is Savers Darlington (DL3 0PS). The successful candidate will manage workload, motivate staff, and maintain daily liaison with team leaders, attend management meetings, train new starters, and produce daily MI.
