Job Description:
Highland HSCP is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager on a fixed term contract to lead the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme until 31 March 2028. The programme is supported by a £20 million transformation fund and has the potential to deliver £31 million in savings.
The successful candidate will engage a wide range of stakeholders, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while reporting to NHS Highland and The Highland Council Chief Executives.
