Manufacturing Team Lead — KPI Focus, 15-20-Person Team

Morson Human Resources Limited in Portsmouth is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to manage a 15–20 person production team and drive performance on a busy shop floor.

You will coach and develop skills, monitor KPI attainment, and work to meet company goals, with a salary up to £44,000 per annum DOE; security clearance will be required.

The role requires decision-making under pressure, solid Excel/Word skills, and prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
