Senior Agile Scrum Master for Enterprise Banking (SAFe)

Ascendion is seeking a Scrum Master to lead delivery across multiple teams in enterprise environments within the UK. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Architecture, Engineering, and programme stakeholders to ensure aligned, predictable delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a Scrum Master, deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile, and experience with scaled frameworks such as SAFe. Banking/financial domain exposure is valued.
