Acturis Support Specialist — Hybrid London

Brown & Brown (Europe) in London (hybrid) is seeking an Acturis Support Officer to provide first-line Acturis support for insurance broking teams. You will handle emails or calls, resolve issues, and support configurations and migrations with the Acturis environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on Acturis experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Hybrid working and proximity to business priorities are expected as part of Retail Operations.
