Nuclear Performance & Governance Lead (Hybrid)

Babcock, Plymouth site, is seeking a Nuclear Performance Management Specialist to drive governance, assurance and performance improvement. You will analyse performance data, strengthen safety culture and support continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with hybrid working and three days on-site at Devonport Royal Dockyard. BPSS/SC clearance is required.
