Senior Regional Equipment Rental Coordinator

White Cap is seeking a Rental Coordinator to coordinate all regional rental activities. You will support telephone and walk-in customers with construction and industrial equipment rentals, and verify that equipment is inspected before and after rental and is ready for rental.

Key duties include processing regional rental orders, billing customers, handling rental returns, managing re-rent purchase orders and accounts payable reconciliations, and monitoring inventory for losses or damages.
