What You’ll Do
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries.
- Maintains the firm’s security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and visitor’s book.
- To support all staff within the team.
- To show an active commitment to the firm’s equality and diversity policy, quality frameworks and health and safety procedures.
- Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Keeping all electronic and paper records up to date and in line with our compliance procedures, according to the Office Manual ie Case management systems and accounts packages.
- To assist in updating and maintenance of all central databases using a range of online tools.
- To actively participate in Continuous Professional Development including the introduction of new technologies to allow you to contribute effectively to the success of the firm.
- Dealing with client ID and documents, entering onto the case management system.
- Attending incoming and outgoing post each day.
- Stationery stock and ordering.
- Archiving of closed files.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
