Our Reading-based client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Assistants. Successful applicants will represent clients through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential environments on behalf of recognised, non-profit clients within the Reading area.
Role Responsibilities:
- Representing a variety of clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns.
- Engaging with customers in residential-based settings.
- Promoting products and services whilst delivering a positive customer experience.
- Attending client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions facilitated by experienced individuals.
- Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.
- Maintaining a professional approach when representing clients.

What Is Needed To Be A Successful Sales Assistant:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
- Full-time equivalent availability, with a minimum of 4–5 full working days per week.
- Ability to commute to the Reading hub each working day.

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across residential environments within the Reading area. Successful individuals operate on a subcontracted basis. Earnings within this opportunity consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
