Regional Care Operations Leader

Easteden is seeking a Regional Manager to provide operational leadership across our care homes and services in the region, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards.

You will lead Home Managers and leadership teams, drive governance, workforce development and continuous improvement, collate performance reports, and collaborate with regional HR and stakeholders to support growth and resident outcomes.
