Regional Pub Growth Manager – Bristol

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of pubs in the Bristol area. You will drive profitability by delivering robust regional plans, recruiting capable publicans and maintaining high standards across leased and tenanted sites.

You will provide business advice, conduct regular reviews and ensure compliance with the Pubs Code, while collaborating with Pub Support Centre and suppliers to meet procurement and operational goals.
