Head of Conveyancing & Growth (Residential Property)

BWF Legal Recruitment is representing a managerial opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, Lawyer or Licenced Conveyancer to lead an established team in a private practice in Romford. You will own files, drive fee earning and build a client network with introducers.

With at least 6 years as a fee earner, you will mentor peers, support compliance, and have scope to upgrade IT systems toward a paperless working environment, pursuing growth to Head of Department.
