Otto James Consulting is seeking a Financial Accountant to join a fast-growing, PE-backed business expanding across Europe and the UK & Ireland. Based in Manchester, the role focuses on group reporting, consolidation, and improving controls as the finance function scales with the business.

The successful candidate will lead close processes, deliver reporting for shareholders, and drive automation and process improvements while partnering with senior management to realise growth opportunities.
