Independent Living Support Worker (ABI & Disability)

Grace Eyre in Brighton is recruiting for care roles to support people with acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and autistic people. The aim is to help individuals live full and independent lives with dignity.

You’ll provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support and moving and handling, while helping people stay connected with their communities, friends and families. Roles available up to 37.5 hours per week.
