Southern Housing is seeking a Care & Support Worker to provide personalised assistance across our housing schemes and community services. The role focuses on enabling residents to live independently with dignity and choice, following individual care plans.
You’ll join a supportive team, with training provided, and you may work evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and on-call duties as required across the Island.
