Residential Childcare Support Worker-20hrs/wk, Sleep-in Pay

Bay View Childcare in Bolton-le-Sands is seeking a warm, motivated Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our welcoming team. You’ll support up to four young people aged 8–18 in a family‑style home, helping with daily routines, activities and personal development.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and, if you don’t hold a qualification, you’ll complete either the Level 3 Diploma or Level 4 Practitioner Apprenticeship within two years.
