Care & Support Worker — 30h, Evenings & Weekends

Southern Housing is recruiting a Care & Support Worker for Ryde Village. The role is 30 hours per week, involves evenings and weekends, and may include sleep-in duties or on-call duties across our schemes and in the community.

You will help residents with personalised care plans, promoting dignity, independence and inclusion, while maintaining safeguarding and accurate records. DBS checks apply.
