Residential Childcare Hub Worker — Flexible Hours

Trafford Council is seeking a Residential Childcare Officer to join our team at the children’s home in Trafford. You will provide day-to-day care for up to six children and young people, building positive relationships, supporting their needs, and promoting a safe, homely environment.

The role involves shift work, some evenings and weekends, and requires an enhanced DBS check. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent apprenticeship must be completed within 2 years of starting.
