Southern Housing is seeking a Care & Support Worker to join our team across our supported housing schemes, extra care services and within the local community. You’ll provide care and support in line with individual care plans, helping residents live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
You’ll be expected to work evenings and weekends where required, with potential sleep-in duties or on-call rotas.
