Senior Community Care Worker

To work as part of our team as a senior care worker offering support to both our care workers & clients.

Job role includes:

• To be able to supervise and support our community care workers.
• To carry out client assessments occasionally.
• To attend client reviews and assist with writing care plans.
• To ensure good quality care is always priority.
• To be part of our on call managers team 1 per month.
• To be organised and competent with admin tasks.
• To work as part of our care team delivering personal & Domestic support to our clients.

Does the job role include personal care?: Yes

Working Patterns:

Monday – Sunday 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm

Alternative weekends are required but week day hours are negotiable.

Essential details:

• Must hold a full Driving licence
• Be able to do on call 1 week per month
• Care experience
• Must work well as part of team
• Mus be able to work every other weekend as part of a roster.
