Health Care Assistant – Complex Needs Care Home

Exemplar Health Care’s Hylton Grange in Sunderland is hiring a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs. Earn £12.71 per hour, with £12.81 after completion of the Exemplar care certificate. Full-time shifts are 12 hours from 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am; part-time options include 6am–11am, 6pm–12am and 11am–3pm.

Permanent contracts available. You’ll help residents with personal care, meals and wellbeing, promote dignity and independence, and maintain care records.
