Fostering Social Worker — Hybrid Role Supporting Children

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its Fostering Service. You will support foster carers and ensure high-quality placements, building strong relationships with families and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes for children in care.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement; you will visit foster carers’ homes across Cambridgeshire and attend the office in Huntingdon 2–3 times per month.
