KS4 Pastoral Mentor & Attendance Lead

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer (KS4) in Romford, East London. You will support key stage 4 students, contribute to pastoral care, and work with the Behaviour and Inclusion Team to maintain a calm, productive learning environment during staff absence.

The role focuses on improving engagement, attendance, punctuality, conduct and academic progress through targeted interventions and strong liaison with parents and external agencies as needed.
