Supporter Care & Engagement Associate

ShelterBox HQ in Truro, Cornwall seeks a Supporter Care Assistant for 22.5 hours/week (0.6 FTE) on a fixed-term basis until 30 April 2027. Hybrid work with at least one day in the office per week.

The role focuses on delivering excellent supporter experiences, processing donations, maintaining CRM data, and providing admin support to the team. DBS checks will be required for safeguarding.
