The HGV Class 1 Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Advanté’s HGV vehicles, including lorries with draw bar trailers and lorry loaders. The role involves transporting, delivering, and collecting hire fleet units from client sites while following lift plans, site‑specific instructions, and regulatory requirements.
The role is based within Advanté’s Transport function and will require the postholder to work from, or support operations at, any of the Company’s service centres and operational locations, either on a temporary or ongoing basis, to meet business needs.
The driver ensures vehicles and equipment are maintained, inspected, and operated safely, supporting the smooth delivery of the business’s operational objectives and compliance with all legal and company requirements.
