Housing Officer
Bristol£14.50 per hour2 Month ContractMonday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Brook Street Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a respected housing provider in Bristol on a 2-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional who is passionate about supporting tenants and ensuring communities are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of tenants and properties
- Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections
- Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies
- Addressing tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
- Liaising with external agencies and support services
- Maintaining accurate records and case notes
Requirements:
Previous Housing Officer or similar experience is essentialFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleEnhanced DBS on the Update Service required due to the immediate start dateStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a busy caseload
