Online Order Picker & Customer Support (Retail)

Sainsbury’s Ely store is seeking an Online Assistant to support a joyful shopping experience for our online customers. You’ll pick and prepare the items ordered for delivery, or provide suitable substitutions when needed, using a handheld device to plan your route around the store.

The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with early shifts starting around 03:00. You’ll handle customer queries, process orders, load vans, and work flexibly across the store while delivering friendly, helpful
