Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic Early Reading Support Assistant to join a Burnley school. You will support EYFS and KS1 pupils with reading and phonics, helping them build confidence and fluency.
The role is maternity cover, hours 8.30am–3.30pm, salary £14.25 – £15 per hour, starting 2 November 2026. You will work with teachers to deliver high-quality reading support and targeted interventions.
