Night Shift Guest Experience Associate

easyHotel is recruiting a Night Shift – Team Member for our Oxford hotel on a permanent basis. The role offers a competitive salary of £13.05 per hour and the chance to be part of a growing international hotel group.

Your focus is to ensure guests have a great experience, starting with a friendly welcome, handling queries and maintaining room standards, with responsibilities including guest service, issue resolution and liaising with maintenance and housekeeping.
