Care Trainer & Assessor (Levels 2–5) – Hybrid

LXP Talent is seeking a Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for Level 2–5 Health and Social Care across learner workplaces, online, and our Coventry premises. The role promotes inclusion, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing while ensuring EPA readiness and timely qualification completion.

The post holder will support learners, engage with employers, and manage a varied workload with strong ICT and communication skills.
