Outreach Educator for At-Risk Youth (Field-Based)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Outreach Worker / Unqualified Teacher for an Alternative Provision in Colne, East Lancashire. You will work with 11-16+ learners outside mainstream classroom settings, focusing on relationship-based re-engagement and functional learning tailored to each student.

You’ll deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions, plan core subjects and life skills, and track progress while collaborating with families, schools and social care.
