Youth Outreach & Wellbeing Support Worker

Kingfisher School is seeking a committed educational assistant to support young people through positive relationships and the promotion of self-esteem. The role involves observations, safeguarding, and contributing to the programme with planned activities tailored to each pupil’s needs.

You will work with pupils to develop emotional health, resilience, and life skills, while following policy, reporting progress, and participating in training and reviews.
