Assistant Store Manager — Lead a Sparkling Retail Team

Farmfoods in Corby is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager on a permanent full-time basis. The role is 43 hours per week across 5 days, with a salary of £31,449.60–£32,648.16 per annum and benefits including 30 days holiday and 15% staff discount.

You will work with the shop manager to run an efficient shop, develop the team, and ensure excellent customer service while controlling costs and supporting recruitment and induction of new staff.
