Nighttime Youth Care Champion

Witherslack Group is seeking Night Support Workers to care for children and young people in our homes during waking nights. The role focuses on building trust, managing trauma-related challenges and supporting daily routines through the night.

We offer a 4-week induction via Care Academy, a generous benefits package, and opportunities for progression within the group. A full UK driving licence is preferred and training is provided where needed.
