PI Claims Specialist (12-Month Contract)

First Central is seeking a Personal Injury Handler to join our PI team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is based in Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, with initial full-time office training and a subsequent hybrid you can spend 4 days at home and 1 day in the office.

You will triage and process MoJ/OIC portal claims, manage a portfolio of PI claims, and liaise with policyholders and third parties to assess liability and reach settlements.
