Guest Experience Front Desk Agent

Dalata Hotel Group plc operates Maldron Hotel Manchester Central in Manchester. We are seeking a friendly Receptionist – Casual to greet guests, register arrivals, process payments and answer inquiries, ensuring a warm welcome at the front desk.

You’ll update guest details in our systems, manage reservations, and help guests with local information. Excellent customer service, initiative, and composure under pressure are essential; previous hotel experience is a plus.
