Lead Project Director – London Commercial Fit-Out (£25m)

Fawkes & Reece London seeks an experienced Project Director to oversee approximately £25m across 2–3 concurrent commercial fit-out projects in London. The role requires stepping up from Senior PM to take ownership of delivery, client relations and project leadership.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record delivering Cat A/B fit-out schemes, with senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive projects from pre-construction through to handover.
