What You’ll Do

• Lead busy shifts and create memorable guest experiences
• Coach, train and develop team members
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and compliance
• Support stock, labour and cost controls
• Drive sales through great hospitality and product knowledge
• Help build a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

• Hospitality leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
• Passionate about people and customer service
• Confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused
• Committed to developing others and maintaining high standards
