Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our public sector client in the Murrayburn area of Edinburgh. 

n Role – Customer Service Advisor n Location – Edinburgh West, EH14 arean Hours – Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1700n Pay rate – £14.51 per hour n Duration – 3 months initially with possible extensionn Start date – as soon as possible 

n The successful candidates will be joining an established team, carrying out, but not limited to the below:

n

• Meeting and greeting customers on arrival 

n

• Carrying out ID checks 

n

• Checking applications

n

• Processing applications

n

• Producing documentation 

n

• Answering any questions 

n

• Any other tasks as required

n

• Excellent customer service skills

n

• Strong communication skills

n

• Previous administrative experience
