Connect Appointments is recruiting a Forklift Driver to join an established manufacturing business based in East Kilbride.

n

Our client operates a busy industrial facility, offering a flexible 3-day working week across Monday to Friday night shift – with the potential to increase to full-time hours for the right candidate.

n

What's on offer?

n

n
• Ongoing temporary position – 3 days per week with potential to increase to full-time

n

• Monday to Friday, 5pm to 2am – 3 days per week

n

• 13.50 per hour – paid weekly

n

n

As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:

n

n
• Manoeuvring forklifts safely within a busy industrial environment

n

• Stacking, moving and relocating goods to designated storage and loading areas

n

• Unloading deliveries and consolidating partial pallets

n

• Keeping forklift operating areas clear of spills and obstructions

n

• Carrying out regular equipment checks and reporting any faults promptly

n

n

To be considered as a Forklift Driver, you will need:

n

n
• A valid RTITB certified Counterbalance forklift licence is essential

n

• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or industrial environment

n

• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work

n
