Head of Finance & Growth (Hybrid, Multi-Entity)

NPR Recruit is partnering with a high-growth UK business to appoint a Head of Finance / Senior Financial Controller who will own the finance function across multiple entities, reporting to Directors, and lead a small team to drive growth.

The role covers management accounts, budgeting, cash flow, controls, and strategic partnership with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work with office 3–4 days per week. Salary £80,000–£90,000 plus benefits.
