Enforcement Operations Leader (Public Sector)

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) National Services in Poole is seeking Delivery Managers to lead day-to-day operations within Enforcement. You will manage the EO managers and support the Operations Manager to meet performance objectives, while ensuring safe and secure site operations.

The role requires strong people management, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making. Hybrid working is offered, with a 37-hour week and occasional travel as needed.
