Job Description:
Marks & Spencer is seeking a frontline colleague to lead the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade and coordinating resources to serve, sell and fill. You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager and be a key holder for opening and closing the building.
You will work 4 shifts per week with alternate weekend shifts, including late hours; you will model excellent customer service and uphold M&S behaviours. 18+ years old required.
